Clare Fonda gets a new roommate, Sage Pillar. As usual, Clare must teach her new hottie the rules of the apartment complex. Clare demonstrates to Sage what will happen if she breaks various rules, such as coming up short on the rent. She puts Sage over her knee for a sound hand spanking that turns her perky bottom bright red and makes it difficult for Sage to sit.
