While checking out Lilly Hall, Hailey discovered herself being controlled by Lilly Hall. Lilly knew that informing Hailey that our next-door neighbor Steve’s swimming pool was open to Lilly and guests, leading to Hailey’s use, would obtain her a collection of difficult spankings.
