Naval cadets Anna and Kelly have been summoned to commanding officer’s Johnson’s office. They were told that one of them would receive a promotion and be given the Academy rank off Head Cadet. Cadet Kelly was chosen but cadet Anna ungracefully protested. Officer Johnson told cadet Kelly as her first order, to put Anna over her knee and give her a sound Millitary spanking which she did with gusto!
